Communcation in high school
How I see communication in high school between students and teachers is through the internet. I feel that now that all students have phones and tablets that's all they depend on. Even now with the tablets teachers use them for homework to take the place of paper... It is eco-friendly but it is also scientifically proven that students and people in general learn better when they physical write things down. Now my opinion on student to student communication, there is almost none. If you want to know how someone is doing you simply send them a text asking and the same with general communication all you need to is send a text and no need for face to face communication.

So true Blanca! Sometimes now i feel awkward seeing or talking to people face to face. We got so used to our phones that now no one communicates. Especially with dating people meet each other online, instead of going up to one another and talking, the generation is only getting worse.

ReplyDeleteI think its true that asking a question face to face is way better than through technology. It is eco-friendly but also bad in some ways like it wastes our eye vision and what not.
ReplyDeleteI think it is more formal and professional to talk to somebody face to face. However, I think the types of technology that exist today is amazing!
ReplyDeleteI agree. I also see communication being done in texting or social media with their devices. I myself tend to do it a lot. I think communicating should also be done face to face too though.
ReplyDeleteBlanca, it is apparent that your written discussion does bring up some personal opinions and thoughts. I agree with Marcos, because although we tend to text more than talk face-to-face, there are times when face-to-face should be the preferred form of communicating. The trick for your generation and the ones to come is to know when which form is most appropriate! When do you think face-to-face would be preferred to a text?
